Job Description
- Design and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy to drive top-line growth and customer acquisition across state and local agencies.
- Lead and build a results-driven team with a focus on sales, marketing, product, and operations excellence.
- Partner closely with the private equity sponsor to deliver on growth targets, margin expansion, and value creation milestones.
- Expand existing customer relationships and penetrate new government verticals through direct sales and strategic channel partnerships.
- Ensure operational discipline, including KPI tracking, cash flow management, and scalable systems to support growth.
- Serve as a strategic interface with the Board, providing regular updates on performance, risks, and opportunities.
- Represent the company in the marketplace—engaging with customers, industry groups, and partners as the face of the brand.
- Oversee compliance with relevant regulatory standards (e.g., PCI, CJIS, ADA, etc.).
- 5+ years of senior leadership or sales and marketing experience; experience in State and Local Government sales
- Demonstrated success building and scaling a go-to-market engine
- Experience selling into state and local government markets or other regulated enterprise verticals.
- Deep understanding of complex sales cycles, RFP processes, and government procurement dynamics.
- Strong financial, operational, and organizational leadership with a data-driven decision-making style.
