Job Description
Summary Statement:
The Vice President of Marketing is a strategic leader responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that elevate the Resorts World Las Vegas brand, drive guest engagement, and generate revenue. This role oversees key marketing functions and works collaboratively across departments to deliver high-impact campaigns that align with business goals and enhance the overall guest experience.
Primary Job Duties: – Includes but is not limited to:
Provide strategic direction and leadership for all core marketing areas including digital, brand, creative, content, eCommerce, and nightlife marketing.
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that support business objectives across hotel, casino, entertainment, nightlife, dining, and retail operations.
Guide digital and eCommerce initiatives to drive traffic, online conversions, and personalized guest engagement through performance marketing, SEO/SEM, CRM, and social platforms.
Oversee the creative development and execution of brand assets, multimedia content, and marketing collateral that align with brand positioning and quality standards.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and business units to create cross-functional marketing campaigns that enhance customer acquisition, loyalty, and brand visibility.
Lead nightlife marketing efforts, including promotion of venues, resident talent, and experiential activations, ensuring alignment with brand image and market demand.
Analyze market trends, performance data, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities and optimize marketing effectiveness.
Manage marketing budgets, agency relationships, and vendor contracts to ensure efficient and effective campaign execution.
Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team with a focus on innovation, accountability, and excellence.
Serve as a senior brand steward, ensuring cohesive messaging and guest experience across all marketing channels.
- Use personal device/cellular phone for job related operational tasks, job duties, review of company documents, etc.
- Perform other job-related duties as requested.
Qualifications: – Includes but is not limited to:
Demonstrated leadership experience overseeing comprehensive marketing functions in hospitality, resort, entertainment, or luxury lifestyle industries.
Deep expertise in digital marketing, brand strategy, creative direction, and performance analytics.
Strong knowledge of the Las Vegas market and customer segments, particularly within luxury, gaming, nightlife, and experiential travel.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence executive leadership.
Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capabilities and a proven track record of delivering results.
Proficiency in marketing technology platforms, analytics tools, and digital media channels.
- Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree (MBA or related).
- Previous experience working in a large, luxury resort setting.
Minimum Education and Experience:
- At least 21 years of age.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field required.
- 10 years of progressive marketing leadership experience
- 5 years in an executive-level role in hospitality or a comparable industry.
Certificates, Licenses, Regulations:
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
- Ability to obtain the following:
- Nevada Gaming License
