Job Description

Our Story:

Unlocking the Ageless Revolution for Patients and Practices:

With 1.5 million users, over $1 billion in revenue, and ranking among the Top 200 apps globally, RepeatMD is leading the charge.

Fresh off our Series A, we're expanding into new verticals.

Today, as a B2B SaaS company in the Aesthetics and Wellness Industry, we proudly serve 3,000+ clients across all 50 states—and we're just getting started on going global.

We are looking for those who are passionate to join our mission!

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead the creation of intuitive mobile-first commerce and rewards experiences—both for consumers and the teams behind the scenes. You’ll help define new features from scratch, shape our design systems, and push the boundaries of what’s possible in a growing mobile marketplace.

You’ll work closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate ambiguous problems into sharp, user-friendly solutions. You should be excited by speed, energized by autonomy, and committed to quality—especially under pressure.

We’re building a culture that’s high-trust, fast-moving, and driven by shared ambition. We believe great design isn’t just how it looks—it’s how well it solves a problem, how clearly it tells a story, and how confidently it scales.

We want someone who will raise the bar, challenge assumptions, and bring product strategy and execution together through design.

Qualifications

We’re looking for a highly experienced, independent designer who brings:

  • 7+ years of end-to-end product design experience, with a focus on mobile-first eCommerce or shopping experiences
  • Experience owning complex, 0→1 product work—ideally in high-growth startup environments
  • Comfort designing both consumer-facing flows and internal back-office tools
  • Clear product thinking—you can break down complex problems and architect simple, scalable solutions
  • Proven ability to balance design intuition with qualitative and quantitative insights
  • A sharp design eye combined with practical UX judgment—knows when polish matters and when speed wins
  • Strong storytelling skills—capable of clearly communicating the “why” and “how” of your decisions to product, engineering, and execs
  • Deep Figma fluency and a habit of documenting and communicating in your work
  • A willingness to experiment with emerging tools and technologies (AI, automation, prototyping, design systems) to improve speed and quality of output
  • Collaborative, low-ego energy—someone who lifts the team up while driving work forward
  • Experience working in eCommerce, consumer health, wellness, or related verticals

NYC-based with 2–3 days per week in-office required

What You’ll Do

  • Design elegant, performant mobile experiences that convert users and drive repeat value
  • Own end-to-end design for new features and initiatives—from early discovery through final polish
  • Partner with product and engineering to define problem spaces, scope MVPs, and make smart trade-offs
  • Drive improvements to both patient-facing journeys and back-office tooling used by providers
  • Contribute to and evolve our design system to support consistency and scalability
  • Help shape our product strategy through thoughtful design perspectives

Share work early and often, building trust through clarity, speed, and craft

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary ($150,000 - $190,000)
  • Employee Stock Option Plan
  • Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k
  • PTO
  • 12 weeks maternity and 4 weeks paternity leave (because we know that being a parent is the most important job you’ll ever have)
  • Annual performance reviews and professional development opportunities
  • Hybrid work model
