Social Housing Outreach Specialist (Part-time role)

In this role, you’ll be responsible for generating qualified B2B leads through precision outreach and CRM-based campaigns. Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation

• Research and build targeted lists of UK Local Authority and Housing Provider decision-makers
• Identify relevant contacts and update CRM with accurate, actionable data
• Maintain and segment contact databases for campaign accuracy

Outreach Campaigns

• Execute strategic LinkedIn connection campaigns using automation tools
• Manage cold email sequences, optimising for engagement
• Track, analyse and improve response and open rates

Lead Qualification

• Initiate conversations with potential leads
• Assess interest and fit for the organisation’s services
• Hand off qualified leads to the sales team with complete documentation
• Keep all communications well-logged in the CRM system

Reporting & Analytics

• Monitor outreach campaign metrics and performance
• Prepare weekly progress reports
• Maintain up-to-date CRM records and activity logs

• Minimum 2 years' experience in B2B outreach or lead generation
• Proficient in HubSpot CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Apollo.io (or similar tools)
• Strong written English and understanding of UK business etiquette
• Experience using LinkedIn automation and cold email software
• Meticulous with data management and reporting
• Must have access to a reliable internet connection and own laptop
• Ability to work aligned with UK business hours

R13000 monthly salary for 20 hours a week
