Job Description

About Remi

Remi is Sunrun’s exclusive partner for all roofing and solar Remove & Reinstall (R&R) work across the country. We manage a national network of licensed contractors and ensure jobs get done safely, on time, and to standard. Our operational strength is what sets us apart.

Position Overview
We’re hiring a Regional Manager to lead contractor operations in Southern California. This role is responsible for overseeing project execution and contractor performance across roofing and solar R&R jobs. You’ll manage a regional team that supports contractors in the field and keeps work moving on time and within scope.

Success in this role means delivering production goals, holding contractors accountable, and coaching your team to stay sharp and move fast. If you’ve led field teams, managed subs, and aren’t afraid to get into the details, this is your lane.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a regional team responsible for day-to-day contractor operations and field execution

  • Oversee all contractor-led roofing and solar R&R work across the region

  • Maintain accountability with subcontractors on safety, timelines, and quality

  • Train and develop your team to consistently meet production expectations

  • Hit monthly volume and revenue goals by driving partner throughput and eliminating operational blockers

  • Enforce safety compliance and documentation standards in line with Remi and Sunrun policy

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with scheduling, engineering, and finance to solve problems quickly

  • Conduct jobsite visits and in-person contractor meetings as needed (travel required up to 50%)

  • Monitor performance metrics to identify trends and take proactive action

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in contractor operations, construction management, or field execution

  • Proven experience leading field or regional teams

  • Background in roofing, solar, or similar trades strongly preferred

  • Strong communication and conflict resolution skills, especially when things go sideways

  • High ownership mentality, problem-solver, and fast decision-maker

  • Comfortable using tech tools (Slack, Google Sheets, CRM or ops platforms)

  • Willingness to travel regularly throughout your region

What We Offer

  • Competitive pay

  • Paid health, dental, and vision insurance

  • Paid time off and company holidays

  • Opportunity to grow within a fast-paced, mission-driven company
