Senior Product Manager II

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Oversee LNRS Firco Insight software and data assets that support its Financial Crime Screening portfolio. Define strategy, value proposition, and roadmap for LNRS Firco Insight service to drive market leadership in this space. Develop and own the product strategy to meet short and long term revenue goals. Align strategy with strategy of LNRS financial crime screening portfolio. Ensure continuous innovation within their products through market analysis and customer discovery. Bring a customer-focused, data-driven approach to product development to ensure “product-market fit”. Interface with Agile development teams through product delivery. Ensure clear communication for both internal/external stakeholders (e.g. project status, go-to-market/launch activities). Collaborate with Account Management, Professional Services, Technology, and Market Planning to provide detail on relevant market changes, positioning of products, and value to the clients. Collaborate with other Product Management and Product Technology staff to ensure coherence of the overall portfolio. Perform other duties as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration or a related field required.
• 5 years of experience in job offered or related occupations required.

• Also required is:
  • 5 years of experience: leading and managing small teams of product managers, business analysts, and technical writers.
  • 3 years of experience: gathering requirements and performing technology consulting projects as a Business Analyst; leading product teams that build software products for financial services industry; and operating in a Product Owner role within an agile scrum software development lifecycle.
• Employee reports to LexisNexis Risk Solutions FL Inc. office in Alpharetta, GA but may telecommute from any location within the U.S.
• Experience can be concurrent.
