Job summary
The Red Hat Mediterranean (MED) Field Marketing team is looking for an Ecosystem Marketing Manager to join us. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive partner marketing strategy to support Red Hat's MED region, and corporate goals by collaborating with key Red Hat and partner stakeholders. You'll need to have strategic and tactical marketing management skills with a focus on achieving measurable results. You will also need to have a good understanding of partner ecosystems and identify the top players, integrators, and partners to ensure the maximum impact and return on investment (ROI) in the market using market development funds, leveraging the programs, campaigns, and support from central teams. The Mediterranean region includes Spain, Portugal, Israel, Greece, Cyprus, Turkey and CISS countries.
What you will do?
Guide the interlock and alignment with field marketing to ensure coordination and enable scaling of the field marketing programs through partners.
Work closely with partner account managers and Red Hat's Partner Marketing teams to plan and carry out joint go-to-market campaigns and events.
Build close relations with Marketing teams and key influencers at top partners to ensure that Red Hat is viewed as a key partner.
Collaborate with EMEA, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) Partner Marketing teams to ensure that local requirements are communicated and that they are aware of built-in campaigns and tools like the Red Hat Partner Marketing Center.
Manage MDF process - Administer co-marketing and market development fund (MDF) budgets with specified partners, ensuring compliance with Red Hat's strategic objectives.
Plan and develop digital campaigns to generate branding, awareness, and leads.
Develop partner-specific case studies and references to maintain continued momentum.
Support the team to conduct partner-specific joint public relations (PR) initiatives.
Propose and carry out specific awareness and demand generation activities targeted at the mid market and small and medium-sized businesses (SMB) segments.
Monitor and support the spend and ROI of the partner initiatives.
Set up the appropriate marketing service agency to deliver partner marketing programs to the partner ecosystem at scale.
What you will bring?
Bachelor's degree in science, business, marketing, or a related field
Experience working in partner and channel marketing for business-to-business (B2B) IT or technology companies
Solid knowledge of the IT ecosystem including distributors, system integrators (SIs), independent software vendors (ISVs), etc.
Experience working closely with sales, channel, technical, customer, and management teams
Understanding of critical marketing success metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Proactive and assertive attitude
Ability to work as part of a team and proven record of working effectively with cross-functional teams
Experience managing agencies to deliver partner marketing programs at scale
Good communication and solid presentation skills
Fluent language skills in English; other regional language skills are a big plus
Willingness to travel across MED Region
Experience or skills in social media and integrated campaigns is a plus
