Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking clients within the Virtual Assistant Department.
  • Assist clients with inquiries regarding virtual assistant services and offerings.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback to facilitate continuous improvement in service delivery.
  • Work closely with virtual assistants to ensure alignment in addressing client needs.
  • Stay updated on service offerings and process improvements to provide the best support possible.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients to enhance their overall experience with our services.
  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service or support roles, preferably in a virtual or remote environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-focused approach.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to handle challenging situations.
  • Familiarity with customer support software and virtual assistant tools is an asset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote setting, managing time and priorities diligently.
  • A proactive attitude and a genuine desire to assist clients in achieving their goals.
