Our Rapsodo Golf team is seeking a driven individual with a passion for sales to expand our market reach. As a Sales Specialist, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and exceeding sales targets.

Roles & Responsibilities 

  • Assist in field related duties for tradeshows and conventions or customer visits and events when needed. Up to 50% travel.  
  • Establish outstanding customer relations - Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and qualify prospects specifically within our green grass channel. 
  • Respond to inbound inquiries and provide information about Rapsodo Golf products and services. 
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business while also working to grow our distribution in the green grass channel. 
  • Collaborate with the sales manager to meet revenue targets. 
  • Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, update customer information, and generate reports. 
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities. 
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. 
  • Provide feedback on customer needs, market trends, and product improvements 
  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • 0-2 years of sales and/or customer service experience 
  • PGM program candidates preferred but not required
  • Knowledge and understanding of technology, including but not limited to CRM 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Resourceful and empathetic problem-solver with good interpersonal communication skills 
  • Detail-oriented, meticulous, and excellent organization skills 
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multi-cultural organization
