ABOUT THE JOB

RADAR is seeking a highly organized and detail oriented Executive Assistant to play a critical role in enabling our leadership to operate at their highest level of effectiveness. In this position, you’ll manage scheduling, communications, operational tasks, and special projects with precision and discretion. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be resourceful, and thrive in a dynamic startup environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and maintain complex calendars across multiple time zones, ensuring optimal time management for executives
  • Organize internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes and following up on action items
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, managing correspondence and ensuring timely responses
  • Plan detailed travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for domestic and international flights
  • Draft, review and manage communications, reports, presentations and other documents on behalf of the executive team
  • Process expense reports, manage invoicing and maintain relationships with vendors
  • Assist in the planning and execution of offsites, conferences and internal events to ensure all logistical aspects are handled efficiently
  • Maintain and organize documentation, digital filing systems, and ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Assist with strategic initiatives, conduct research, and handle high - priority tasks as needed
  • Act as a liaison across teams to ensure alignment and timely execution of projects and initiatives

ABOUT YOU

Qualifications:

  • You have 5+ years of relevant work experience
  • You are flexible, intelligent, hardworking, and exhibit a positive attitude
  • You have excellent written & verbal communication skills and recognize the importance of maintaining the utmost level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • You are extremely organized, detail-oriented and resourceful
  • You have prior experience managing competing priorities and numerous projects simultaneously without sacrificing the quality of your work
  • You are technologically savvy and familiar with workplace productivity tools

At RADAR, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. The expected base salary range for this position is USD $60,000 - $120,000. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors,  including job-related skills, experience and relevant education or training.

You will also be eligible to receive other benefits including: equity, comprehensive medical and dental coverage, life and disability benefits, 401k plan,  flexible time off, and paid parental leave. The pay range listed for this position is a good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible base compensation at the time of posting.
