Overview

Qualified is looking for an Office Manager to be the heartbeat of our San Francisco HQ. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a focused, innovative, and experienced team that is scaling rapidly!

As the Office Manager, you’ll take full ownership of office operations—including welcoming guests and managing vendors to planning meals, office design and improvements, events, and helping shape our culture. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Culture and People Experience, you’ll play a key role in building an environment where people love to work and want to come in-office, while also supporting special projects as we grow.

*This is not a remote role. This role requires four days of in-office work per week at Qualified’s San Francisco office.

Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors and candidates, ensuring they are welcomed and properly set up.

• Oversee daily office operations to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.

• Manage meal deliveries, including coordinating lunch and snack orders, as well as handling setup and cleanup.

• Handle office maintenance and troubleshooting, and be the liaison with vendors and building management for repairs and replacements.

• Lead ongoing office design improvements, including decorations, workspace enhancements, and meeting room technology upgrades.

• Support internal events and special occasions by handling logistics to ensure smooth execution.

• Provide executive support to two leaders, including calendar management and email assistance.

• Plan team-building activities and in-office events.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree required.

• 2-4 years experience in office management, administrative, or support role.

• Skillful project manager, problem solver, and proactive communicator.

• Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills.

• positive, friendly, and welcoming attitude.

• Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong experience with Google Suite.
