The Role
As a Quality and Compliance Officer you will be a key member of the Quality team, providing administrative support and guidance in the form of updating and editing documents and administration in Promapp. Permanent Full-Time opportunity with the location being flexible.
To be successful in this role…
You will communicate and collaborate with a wide variety of process owners to improve the quality management system. This includes -
- Assisting APM business units in the development, maintenance and improvement of processes and documentation
- Prioritizing Quality inbox requests including allocation and follow up.
- Working with internal stakeholders to ensure a regular reviews of business specific processes and procedures that obstacles/issues are resolved as necessary.
- Make updates where required to match true business practice, whilst ensuring the requirements of various accreditations such as the ISO 9001 are maintained.
- Editing, formatting and version control of the APM document management system
- Any other task or activity from time to time in relation to QMS
Skills you’ll bring
- Strong administrative and time management skills
- Excellent Microsoft skills in word and other software platforms
- Outstanding attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Demonstrated ability to influence and engage key stakeholders
- Proven written communications skills and ability to prepare reports and business documentation
