General Description
The Human Resources (HR) Assistant will support the Talent Acquisition and People Operations teams by assisting with sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews and travel, maintaining applicant tracking systems, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers, and overall HR administrative support.

General Description
The Human Resources (HR) Assistant will support the Talent Acquisition and People Operations teams by assisting with sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews and travel, maintaining applicant tracking systems, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers, and overall HR administrative support.
Duties
- Assists in posting job openings on internal and external job boards
- Screens resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Schedules and coordinates interviews between candidates and hiring teams
- Maintains and updates the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Communicates with candidates regarding interview logistics and follow-up
- Prepares recruitment reports and metrics as needed
- Provide general administrative support to the Talent acquisition and People Operations teams
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Adheres to internal standards, policies, and procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
- 1+ year of experience in an administrative HR support role
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., JazzHR or iCIMS)
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment is preferred
- Self-starter
- Ability to work well independently, as well as part of a team
- Strong problem evaluation/solving skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Ability to interact effectively and professionally with other team members
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
