Human Resources and Payroll Operations in MSO, PwC Poland is a rapidly expanding team. You can play an important role in supporting and transforming operations of our domestic and international Clients. We continuously enhance our operations by applying best practices, streamlining processes, and integrating cutting-edge technological solutions for our customers. Join us in shaping and transforming operations for our clients, as we delve into diverse projects and collaborate closely with international expert consulting and compliance teams to provide comprehensive Payroll and HR Administration services across various sectors in the region. 
 

We are looking for: 

Junior HR Administration Specialist 

Your future role: 

  • Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing employment contracts and collecting required documents, 

  • Support in maintaining and updating HR documentation in accordance with current regulations, 

  • Operate HR management systems, including entering and updating employee data, 

  • Collaborate with the team to ensure continuity of HR processes, 

  • Maintain HR archives in compliance with legal requirements and company policies. 

Apply if you have: 

  • A university degree, 

  • 1+ years of experience in HR administration or HR systems support, 

  • Proficiency in English allowing for fluent communication both verbal and written, 

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, 

  • Attention to details, energetic and proactive approach, team working skills, very good work organization, good interpersonal and communication skills, 

  • Ability to meet deadlines, set priorities and focus on time-sensitive issues.
