Job Description

The Organizational Development Talent Specialist is responsible for managing and supporting talent development initiatives, including the PWC Impact Scholarship Program, internship and apprenticeship programs, and recruitment efforts. This role involves creating and managing scholarship applications, liaising with educational institutions and community organizations, and promoting PWC’s programs through various channels. The position also requires attending job fairs, coordinating training workshops, and monitoring program success to ensure alignment with organizational goals. This position plays a critical role in fostering professional growth and engagement within the organization, ensuring PWC’s programs continue to support and develop top talent.

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • This role operates as an independent contributor under the guidance of the Organizational Development Manager. Most decisions require managerial approval.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain the PWC Impact Scholarship Program by developing scholarship applications, communicating with schools and the community, notifying recipients of awards, and providing ongoing support. 
  • Oversee the planning and execution of internship programs. 
  • Facilitate recruitment and development efforts by communicating with university and community partners. 
  • Represent PWC at job fairs, workshops, and community recruiting events. 
  • Coordinate, develop, and maintain apprenticeship programs. 
  • Plan and conduct workshops for scholarship recipients, interns, and apprentices. 
  • Monitor and evaluate the success and impact of programs, preparing reports and presentations for stakeholders. 
  • Collaborate with the communications team to create promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital content.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, Education, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Organizational Development Talent Specialist I: 3-5 years of relevant experience.
    • Organizational Development Talent Specialist II: 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Certifications:
    • Organizational Development Talent Specialist I: None required.
    • Organizational Development Talent Specialist II: Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) preferred.

Physical Requirements

  • No significant physical exertion required
  • Operates PWC vehicle as needed

SAFETY HAZARDS: Minimal.
