The Program Manager will be responsible for managing a multi-location account while providing excellent client satisfaction through the performance of Proman Staffing employees. Program Manager efforts will assure retention and growth of the current business. Responsibilities include interface with the client and key client steak holders to build a strong working relationship. It will be key to appraise PROMAN’s performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems; maintaining accurate work records and performance reporting. 

 

Compensation ranges from $70,000 - $85,000 yearly.

Responsibilities
 

A Program Manager will have responsibilities to lead and oversee multiple location of the same client to ensure program success and align the program with the client and our company's objectives. The Program Manager will coordinate with various levels at the client site and with the PROMAN Organization.


Operations Management

· Implement program standards through the various site locations and internal branches. This will include program overall standards that will include safety and HR standards. 

· Coordinate and monitor the progress all locations, ensuring alignment with organizational and project goals. Track program performance metrics and prepare reports for Proman management.

· Assist customer as needed with any workforce concerns.

· Build and maintain a positive business relationship with customer through frequent and open communications with key contacts and branch management.

· Report back performance issue to PROMAN stakeholders.

· Participate in problem resolution. 

· Assist in drive continuous improvement initiatives within program processes.


Team Management

· Work in conjunction with Branch Manager, Area Director, RVP and Strategic Account teams.

· Assure communication of all Proman Staffing and client work policies and assure compliance with same.

Requirements

Job Requirements 

· Results oriented, knowing when to take action and when to seek guidance or permission.

· Strong Organizational Skills.

· Handles sensitive or difficult issues with confidence and in a calm manner and is not unduly influenced by intense emotions. 

· Excellent communication (listening, speaking, writing) & diplomacy skills.

· Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Outlook and Internet Explore. Proficient in use of Excel.

· Experience working with ambiguous situations.

· Must be able to travel throughout the facility.


Qualifications

· AA or BA in Business Administration or related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

· Prior Project Management experience a plus or 5 Years of experience interfacing with large scale clients. 

· Staffing Industry Experience preferred.

· Demonstrated experience in managing competing demands.
