Responsibilities

Assist the Corporate Director of Revenue Cycle Optimization in executing Revenue Cycle activities, projects, and initiatives with primary focus on uncompensated cost reimbursement (Medicare Bad Debt and Worksheet S-10) and Technical Denials Management. Identify and communicate any opportunity, facilitate process improvement, and implement necessary update to policies and procedures to enhance efficiency, mitigate risk and enhance net reimbursement. Provides training to Revenue Cycle Optimization staff to include offshore support team.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

Required qualifications:

1. Minimum of a BS/BA in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field. 2. Three years of government reimbursement and or Revenue Cycle experience.

Preferred qualifications:

1. Master’s degree preferred.2. Project Management experience preferred3. Intermediate to advance proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint) and ERP systems (EPIC, Meditech)

Our Total Rewards package includes, but is not limited to, paid time off, a 401K retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and many more voluntary benefit options.  Benefits may vary based on employment status, i.e. full-time, part-time, per diem or temporary.  A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $68,640.00 to $98,550.40 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
