A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RACQUETS PRO SHOP MANAGER:
Our club in Atlanta, GA is seeking to hire a full-time Racquets Pro Shop Manager. Knowledgeable about what items your team will sell, you are particular about all purchases and placement of all racquet-related gear – setting the shop up for success.
The Racquet Pro Shop Manager oversees all aspects of the racquet pro shop’s in-person and online operations, including merchandising, purchasing, and customer service. This role is responsible for curating, buying, and managing both in-store and online retail inventory, ensuring an elevated shopping experience that supports the Club’s racquet sports programs and enhances member engagement.
WORK SCHEDULE:
This full-time retail position requires working variable shifts including evening, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Customer service experience in retail
- Must be able to push, pull, or lift up to 50 pounds
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Retail Management, or related field).
- 3–5 years of retail management experience, preferably in racquet sports or a private club environment.
- Strong buying and vendor management skills.
- Experience managing an e-commerce or online retail platform.
- Knowledge of tennis, pickleball, squash, and/or racquet sports industries.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in POS systems, website management, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Experience working as a merchandiser and a buyer, previous customer service experience, and some point-of-sale knowledge are highly desirable, but multiple factors will be taken into consideration.
