Position Summary: 


Perforce is searching for a Senior Customer Marketing Manager to join the Corporate Marketing team. We are looking for a collaborative and results-driven marketer to drive customer expansion and cross-sell within the Perforce DevOps portfolio. The Customer Marketing Manager will collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and General Managers across the portfolio to craft targeted programs and campaigns that address customer needs and introduce relevant solutions across our platform. 


This position will support our cross-sell initiatives across the entire Perforce product portfolio, helping large-scale development teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities:
  • Strategy Development: Create and implement a cross-sell marketing strategy aligned with overlapping customer segments, common use cases, and product integrations within the Perforce DevOps portfolio.
  • Campaign Execution: Design, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, in-app, paid, web, webinars, etc.) that promote additional products to existing customers. Run & execute campaigns from concept through to completion.
  • Segmentation & Targeting: Leverage data to build customer segments, identify cross-sell opportunities, and personalize content based on product usage patterns, industry trends, and business goals.
  • Sales Enablement: Partner with product marketing and sales to develop playbooks, messaging, and collateral that support cross-sell motions.
  • Measurement & Reporting: Track campaign performance, customer engagement, and pipeline influence to demonstrate marketing impact and iterate on tactics.
  • Customer Journey Alignment: Align cross-sell efforts with customer onboarding, adoption, and renewal cycles to ensure seamless engagement and relevant timing.
  • Voice of the Customer: Incorporate customer feedback, case studies, and success stories into cross-sell messaging to build credibility and demonstrate value.


Requirements:
  • Proficiency with CRM and Analytics tools for reporting, analysis and customer segmentation. Experience with Salesforce and PowerBI is preferred.
  • Experience managing paid advertising and marketing programs across multiple channels. Account-Based Marketing experience is required, experience using 6Sense is a plus.
  • B2B software experience is required. Familiarity with DevOps concepts, tools, and buyer personas is preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience working in a portfolio company with multiple products.
  • Strong collaborator with the ability to work cross-functionally with product marketing, sales, marketing operations, customer success teams, and more…
  • Strong communicator who can provide the right level of detail and clarity required to execute on cross-functional campaigns and communicate results to leadership.
  • Highly organized planner that always thinks a few steps ahead and doesn’t miss details.
  • Balanced marketer capable of strategic planning, analytical thinking, and strong execution.

$90,800 - $130,000 a year
