In this critical role, you will assist Spanish-speaking customers with their inquiries regarding home appliances, helping them with product information, troubleshooting, and resolving any issues they may encounter. Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, warranty information, and troubleshooting issues.
• Handle customer complaints and problem-solve effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve service-related issues and improve customer experiences.
• Stay informed about product knowledge and home appliances trends to provide accurate and insightful assistance.

• Fluency in Spanish and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Experience in customer support, preferably within the home appliances or retail industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in standard office software.
• A positive attitude with the ability to work well in a team environment.
