Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer support to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding gaming products, account management, and esports events.
- Resolve customer complaints and technical issues efficiently to enhance their gaming experience.
- Document all customer interactions accurately within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless support and feedback on customer experiences.
- Stay informed about gaming trends, products, and esports news to provide knowledgeable assistance.
- Fluency in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience in customer support, preferably in the gaming or esports industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in standard office software.
- A passion for gaming and knowledge of current trends in esports.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
