In this role, you will be the key point of contact for Spanish-speaking customers, handling inquiries and providing excellent support regarding food delivery services. Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to order placements, delivery status, and menu options.
- Resolve any customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery and prompt resolution of customer inquiries.
- Stay updated on food delivery service offerings and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support.
- Fluency in Spanish and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Experience in customer support, preferably within the food delivery or restaurant industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in standard office software.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
