Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to Spanish-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, installations, technical support, and troubleshooting.
- Accurately document customer interactions and solutions in the CRM system for efficient tracking.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide timely support.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in smart home technology and company offerings.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
- Fluency in Spanish and English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the tech or smart home industry, is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in CRM systems and general computer applications.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
