Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, orders, shipping, and returns.
- Provide clear and accurate information about promotions, policies, and procedures.
- Document all customer interactions in the CRM system for efficient tracking and follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any customer issues or concerns promptly.
- Stay informed about product offerings and updates to provide knowledgeable assistance to customers.
- Fluency in Spanish and English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the retail or e-commerce industry, is preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and basic computer applications.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
