In this vibrant role, you will provide exceptional support to Spanish-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to fashion products, orders, and service issues. Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to Spanish-speaking clients via various communication channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, order statuses, returns, and exchanges.
- Document and track customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective resolution and follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and enhance satisfaction.
- Stay informed about the latest fashion trends, promotions, and product offerings to provide knowledgeable support.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to promote loyalty and brand recognition.
- Fluency in Spanish and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Experience in customer service, especially in the fashion or retail industry, is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and e-commerce platforms.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple customer inquiries.
