Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking customers through various communication channels including phone, email, and live chat.
• Provide accurate information and guidance on products and services, ensuring customers receive the support they need.
• Handle and resolve customer concerns, inquiries, and technical issues promptly and with professionalism.
• Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions in the CRM system for effective tracking.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer feedback and enhance service offerings.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support.

• Fluency in Spanish and English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
• Experience in customer service or technical support is highly desired.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle different customer queries efficiently.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and a strong understanding of technology products.
