Responsibilities
- Provide expert customer support to Polish-speaking users via phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist users with inquiries related to music and podcast services, account management, and subscription issues.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to service improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in music and podcasts to better assist customers.
- Fluency in Polish and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Experience in customer support, ideally within the music or digital media industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software.
- A passion for music and podcasts, with a keen understanding of user preferences.
