Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to Polish-speaking clients through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding public transport services, fare information, routes, and schedules.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to ensure efficient tracking and follow-up.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless experience.
• Stay informed about current transport services, system updates, and relevant policies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance user satisfaction and trust.

• Fluency in Polish and English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Experience in customer service roles, preferably within the public transport or service industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational capabilities.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and basic computer applications.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
