Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist users with inquiries related to account management, product listings, and platform features.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user issues efficiently to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions and inquiries accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve user experience and address recurring issues.
• Stay informed about the online marketplace trends and updates to provide effective support.

• Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of additional languages is a bonus.
• Experience in customer support, preferably in e-commerce or related industries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in standard office software.
• A strong customer-focused attitude and a willingness to learn about the online marketplace.
