Italian Speaking Consultant for Online Ticketing & Event Services Department

This role is tailored for individuals with a passion for the events industry who seek to provide exceptional service to our Italian-speaking clients. As a consultant, you will help clients navigate our ticketing solutions, ensuring they have the resources necessary to create successful events and a seamless ticketing experience.

Responsibilities

• Interact with Italian-speaking clients to assess their ticketing and event management needs.
• Provide customized solutions and recommendations for online ticketing that suit client objectives.
• Assist in the integration and management of ticketing systems for various events.
• Deliver training and ongoing support to clients to maximize their use of our ticketing services.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in ticket sales and event organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest quality of service delivery and client satisfaction.

• Fluency in Italian and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Experience in online ticketing, event management, or a related consulting role.
• Strong analytical skills to identify client needs and propose effective ticketing solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Familiarity with online ticketing platforms and a solid understanding of event logistics.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
