Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and job descriptions.
• Source and attract candidates using job boards, social media, and networking.
• Conduct initial resume screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications.
• Organize interview schedules and communicate effectively with candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate information.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• Fluency in German and English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• No prior recruitment experience is needed; comprehensive training will be provided.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for helping others.
• Familiarity with online recruitment tools and platforms is advantageous.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• A strong desire to start a career in recruitment and help connect talent with opportunities.
