Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support to Dutch-speaking users through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with ride inquiries, account issues, and app navigation.
- Efficiently resolve customer complaints and troubleshoot problems to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and enhance user experience.
- Stay updated on app features and industry trends to provide relevant support.
- Fluency in Dutch and English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Previous experience in customer support, particularly within the ride-sharing or tech industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mentality.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in standard office tools.
- A proactive approach to work and a keen interest in helping users maximize their experience with the app.
