In this role, you will be the voice of our Dutch-speaking customers, assisting them with their inquiries related to our ride-sharing services. Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer support to Dutch-speaking users through phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with ride inquiries, account issues, and app navigation.
  • Efficiently resolve customer complaints and troubleshoot problems to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and enhance user experience.
  • Stay updated on app features and industry trends to provide relevant support.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer support, particularly within the ride-sharing or tech industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mentality.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in standard office tools.
  • A proactive approach to work and a keen interest in helping users maximize their experience with the app.
