Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding home entertainment systems, including troubleshooting and product setup.
• Resolve customer complaints and technical issues effectively to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and document issues in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with technical teams to provide seamless service and solutions to customers.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed assistance and recommendations.

• Fluency in Dutch and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the technology or electronics sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented approach.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in standard office software.
• A genuine interest in home entertainment systems and a passion for technology.
