Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding gaming products, services, account issues, and esports events.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions to enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate customer feedback and drive service improvements.
- Stay informed about gaming trends, product updates, and esports tournaments to provide knowledgeable support.
- Fluency in Dutch and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience in customer support, ideally in the gaming or esports industry.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for gaming.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in standard office software.
