Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer support to Spanish-speaking clients regarding car leasing and financing queries.
• Assist customers with information about leasing terms, financing options, and application processes.
• Resolve any customer complaints or issues promptly, ensuring a positive service experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
• Work collaboratively with the sales and finance teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends, product offerings, and financing options to provide relevant support.
• Encourage feedback from customers to improve services and enhance the customer experience.

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service roles, ideally within the automotive leasing or financing sectors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM software and support tools is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
