Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer support in Spanish, assisting customers with product inquiries, order issues, and general information about DIY tools and home improvement.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system, maintaining clear records of inquiries and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to address complex queries and ensure timely resolution.
  • Stay informed about the latest product offerings, DIY techniques, and industry trends to provide informed assistance.
  • Engage proactively with customers, fostering relationships and encouraging repeat business.
  • Participate in training sessions to continually develop your knowledge of products and enhance customer service skills.
  • Fluency in Spanish and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in home improvement, retail, or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively engage with customers.
  • Able to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • A genuine passion for home improvement and DIY projects will be considered a significant advantage.
