Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert customer support in Spanish, assisting clients with their inquiries about beauty and skincare products.
  • Handle customer complaints and questions efficiently, offering appropriate solutions and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and transactions for quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with the sales and product development teams to stay informed about new products and promotions.
  • Engage with customers on social media and other online platforms to promote products and address their needs.
  • Educate customers about product usage, benefits, and overall skincare routines to enhance their experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of beauty and skincare products and improve service delivery.
  • Fluency in Spanish with strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the beauty or skincare industry, is highly desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a dedication to delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to connect effectively with clients.
  • A passion for beauty and skincare products with a willingness to learn about new trends and items.
  • Able to manage multiple inquiries and tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
