Spanish Speaking Consultant for Online Ticketing & Event Services Department

In this role, you will support Spanish-speaking clients through every step, ensuring a seamless process from event creation to ticket sales. Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for Spanish-speaking clients, understanding and addressing their online ticketing and event service needs.
• Assist clients with the implementation of our ticketing platform and provide ongoing support as needed.
• Facilitate the development and management of ticketing campaigns for a variety of events.
• Respond to client inquiries quickly and effectively, resolving any issues they might face.
• Conduct training sessions to equip clients with the skills to maximize our ticketing services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to share client feedback and suggest improvements to our offerings.
• Stay informed on the latest trends and best practices in online ticketing and event management.

• Fluency in Spanish and English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
• Experience in customer support, consultancy, or a comparable role, preferably in the events or ticketing sector.
• Strong familiarity with online ticketing systems and event management workflows.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills focused on delivering excellent client service.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
