Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking customers of the online bookstore.
• Assist with customer inquiries regarding book orders, availability, and website navigation.
• Resolve issues related to order processing, returns, and exchanges promptly and professionally.
• Document customer inquiries and feedback to enhance the service delivery and product offerings.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient resolution of customer issues.
• Stay updated on new book releases and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
• Foster a positive and engaging environment for book enthusiasts interacting with our services.

• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service roles, preferably in the retail or online sales sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle customer issues effectively.
• Familiarity with online retail platforms and customer support tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• A passion for reading and knowledge of books across various genres will be an asset.
