Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support in Italian, managing inquiries related to fitness and sports equipment effectively.
- Assist customers with product selections, orders, and technical questions regarding equipment usage and care.
- Document customer interactions accurately, ensuring clear records for future reference and service enhancement.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to resolve complex issues and provide comprehensive solutions to customers.
- Stay informed about the latest fitness trends and product developments to provide accurate advice and recommendations.
- Engage with customers proactively to understand their needs and foster a positive relationship with the brand.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance your product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Fluency in Italian and strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in customer service, especially in the fitness or sports equipment sector, is highly beneficial.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering solutions that enhance the customer experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective customer engagement.
- Able to manage multiple inquiries and tasks while maintaining a high standard of service.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for precise documentation of customer interactions.
- A passion for fitness and sports will be advantageous in understanding customer needs and product offerings.
