Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support in Italian, managing inquiries related to fitness and sports equipment effectively.
  • Assist customers with product selections, orders, and technical questions regarding equipment usage and care.
  • Document customer interactions accurately, ensuring clear records for future reference and service enhancement.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to resolve complex issues and provide comprehensive solutions to customers.
  • Stay informed about the latest fitness trends and product developments to provide accurate advice and recommendations.
  • Engage with customers proactively to understand their needs and foster a positive relationship with the brand.
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance your product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Fluency in Italian and strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Prior experience in customer service, especially in the fitness or sports equipment sector, is highly beneficial.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering solutions that enhance the customer experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective customer engagement.
  • Able to manage multiple inquiries and tasks while maintaining a high standard of service.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills for precise documentation of customer interactions.
  • A passion for fitness and sports will be advantageous in understanding customer needs and product offerings.
