Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support to German-speaking users of the music streaming platform.
• Assist customers with questions related to account management, subscriptions, and technical issues.
• Resolve customer complaints and inquiries effectively, ensuring a high level of service.
• Document interactions and provide feedback to improve support processes and user experience.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved.
• Stay updated on platform features, changes, and best practices to assist users efficiently.
• Encourage user engagement and loyalty through positive interactions and customer education.

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the entertainment or technology sectors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and resolve problems effectively.
• Familiarity with music streaming services and associated technologies is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
