Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in German by addressing inquiries related to health and wellness products.
• Assist customers with product information, order status, and troubleshooting issues to ensure a smooth experience.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system to enhance service quality.
• Collaborate with the sales and product development teams to resolve complex inquiries and customer complaints.
• Stay informed about product offerings, health trends, and company policies to provide informed assistance.
• Engage proactively with customers to understand their needs and promote relevant products or services.
• Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and enhance customer service techniques.

• Fluency in German and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Previous customer service experience, particularly in the health, wellness, or retail sectors, is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for effective customer engagement.
• Able to manage multiple inquiries and maintain a high level of service in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for accurate record-keeping.
