Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for German-speaking clients, understanding their needs related to online ticketing and event services.
• Assist clients in effectively implementing our ticketing platform and provide ongoing support throughout the process.
• Facilitate the creation and management of ticketing campaigns for a variety of events.
• Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues they may encounter with prompt, efficient solutions.
• Conduct training sessions to empower clients to optimize our ticketing services effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams to relay client feedback and contribute to the enhancement of our services.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and innovations related to online ticketing and event management.

• Fluency in German and English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Experience in customer support, consultancy, or a similar role, preferably within the events or ticketing sector.
• Strong understanding of online ticketing systems and event management workflows.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong dedication to client service.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and an aptitude for managing client relationships effectively.
