Responsibilities

  • Offer high-end customer support to Dutch-speaking clients regarding luxury products and services.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about product details, availability, and purchase processes.
  • Handle customer complaints and issues with tact and efficiency, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions thoroughly to help enhance service processes.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to relay customer feedback and optimize service delivery.
  • Stay updated on the latest luxury product offerings and brand initiatives to inform customers accurately.
  • Promote an exceptional customer experience, embodying the values of the luxury brand.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in luxury retail or high-end brand environments.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer experience.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy.
  • Familiarity with customer support software and CRM tools is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of luxury brands and a passion for high-end retail.
