Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support to Dutch-speaking clients regarding home entertainment systems.
- Assist customers with inquiries on product features, setup, troubleshooting, and warranty information.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions in the appropriate systems for future reference.
- Collaborate with technical support and sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay updated on home entertainment products and technologies to provide accurate and relevant information.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes based on customer feedback.
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within the technology or home entertainment field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for resolving technical inquiries.
- Familiarity with customer support systems and CRM software is an advantage.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
