Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking clients, understanding their needs related to online ticketing and event services.
• Guide clients through the implementation of our ticketing platform and provide ongoing support.
• Assist in the creation and management of ticketing campaigns for various events.
• Address client inquiries and provide effective solutions to any issues they may encounter.
• Organize training sessions to empower clients to fully utilize our ticketing services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to share client feedback and contribute to improvements in our offerings.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and updates related to online ticketing and event management.

• Fluency in Dutch and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, consultancy, or a related field, preferably within the events or ticketing industry.
• Strong understanding of online ticketing platforms and event management processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing outstanding client support.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to manage client relationships effectively.
