Responsibilities

• Connect with German-speaking clients to assess their business software and CRM needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Guide clients through the integration and effective use of our software solutions.
• Offer continuous training and support to improve client understanding and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product offerings and user experiences.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices related to business software and CRM.
• Collect and analyze client feedback to drive service improvements.

• Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of business software and CRM systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in customer service, consulting, or the software industry is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide strategic insights.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
