In this entry-level position, you will assist our clients in navigating and optimizing their business software and CRM solutions. Your insights will contribute to improving their operational efficiency and enhancing customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their specific business requirements and recommend appropriate software and CRM solutions.
• Provide comprehensive product demonstrations and training sessions to clients in German.
• Gather and analyze client feedback to suggest product enhancements and improvements.
• Act as a liaison for German-speaking clients, ensuring a positive and productive customer experience.
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to facilitate the successful implementation of solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and advancements in business software and CRM.
• Support marketing outreach through participation in various initiatives, including webinars and trade shows.

• Fluency in German and English; knowledge of additional languages is a bonus.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece - remote work only within Greece
• Understanding of business processes and familiarity with software solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Aptitude for analyzing client needs and proposing effective solutions.
• Proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Comfortable using CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• A genuine interest in technology and a commitment to supporting clients in achieving their business goals.
