The Position
Revolutionize the way Organon delivers value for her health by joining our leading-edge digital & commercial organization. We are a new organization charged with delivering impactful medicines and exceptional outcomes for our customers through the integration of innovative commercial and digital strategies. As the DCS communications Sr. Specialist, you will be driving departmental engagement, awareness, and culture through the execution of strategic communications.

This role will be managed by the Digital and Commercial Strategy (DCS) Employee Experience and will collaborate directly with the Chief Digital & Commercial Innovation Officer and their direct reports.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans that support the Digital & Commercial Strategy organization's goals and objectives.
Create, edit, and distribute internal communications materials, including newsletters, emails, presentations, and intranet content.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with the organization's vision and values.
Manage and update the department's communication channels, including intranet pages, social media platforms, and email distribution lists.
Plan and coordinate departmental events, town halls, and other engagement activities to foster a positive and inclusive culture.
Monitor and analyze communication metrics to assess the effectiveness of communication strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Serve as a liaison between the Digital & Commercial Strategy organization and other departments to ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information.
Create and execute the organizational brand for core assets and ensure it aligns with Organon’s standards.
Review and edit change communications for voice and clarity.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in corporate communications to continuously enhance the department's communication efforts.
Required Education, Experience and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
At least five years of experience in corporate communications, preferably within a digital (IT) or pharmaceutical commercial environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
Proven ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging content for a variety of communication channels.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Proficiency in using communication tools and platforms, such as email marketing software, content management systems, and social media.
Experience with event planning and coordination.
Basic graphic design skills and experience with the Adobe creative suite.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret communication metrics and data.

The applicable salary range for this position in the U.S. is stated below. Benefits offered in the U.S. include a retirement savings plan, paid vacation and holiday time, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
Annualized Salary Range (US)
$85,000.00 - $144,100.00Please Note: Pay Ranges are Specific to local market and therefore vary from country to country
