We are looking for talented Customer Care Specialists who are passionate about delivering exceptional service to join our team!

Qualifications

Fluent in English

Basic Microsoft Windows and computer skills
Ability to type a minimum of 35 words per minute accurately
Strong work ethic with dependable track record
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional and courteous telephone manner
Comfortable performing routine tasks at varying pace
